Shipping Policy

Delivery for orders is generally estimated to take between 10 and 20 business days. During periods of high demand, such as sales events or promotions, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. Business days are considered to be all days except Sundays, public holidays, or days when severe weather warnings, such as tropical cyclones, are in effect.

Please note that we do not provide scheduled delivery times, and once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be modified. Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase to avoid delays or complications.

Several factors can influence delivery times, including extreme weather conditions, unusually high order volumes during promotions, incorrect or incomplete address information, or temporary product shortages. Currently, we provide free delivery on all orders. If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts and we are unable to reach the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled, and payment will be refunded to the original method.
